Most of you have already seen it, but it's worth posting. After a nice and cheesy panel at Star Wars Celebration, director JJ Abrams unveiled the next teaser trailer for STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS to a rabid audience.

Yeah, that last line was the biz. I still can't help but be a little concerned at the almost constant use of reference to the original movies. It's like the franchise is not allowed to go past those movies. Then again, there's the small kid part of me that got excited just being part of that world again. The shot of the crashed Star Destroyer was awe-inspiring, and it was great to see the trio of new characters in action. For those hungering for more, there's a rumor that the full trailer will come out during AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON so be on the look out for that!
STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS opens December 18, 2015, is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Anthony Daniels, Adam Driver, Gwendolyn Christie, and Peter Mayhew.
