The X-Men franchise has had its ups and downs. The first two films were strong, followed by a weak Wolverine film, then a weak part three. Then, FIRST CLASS happened, and everything got turned around.
The newest film is jammed packed with almost everyone from the original franchise and FIRST CLASS. It's an epic undertaking that, if he's able to pull it off, Bryan Singer could make one of the grandest superhero film in recent memory.

I'm there opening weekend. I've enjoyed the majority of the X-MEN films, and I'm hoping for a perfect meld of the young and older X-Men, even if a time travel aspect could be a bit risky. But you can never really go wrong with Fassbender in a film.
X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST comes out on May 23rd, 2014, directed by Bryan Singer, and stars Sir Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lawrence, Ellen Page, and Nick Hoult.
