Once again, director Christopher Nolan has nailed a potentially goofy character and adapted him to a more realistic look. He did this with the Joker in THE DARK KNIGHT, and now he has done it with Bane in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES.
Earlier today, the website
http://www.thedarkknightrises.com/ went live, and just like last time, there's a viral campaign going on. And thanks to the tireless interwebs masses, we now have the first image of the handsome Tom Hardy looking like he will rip my face off.
JoBlo was the first one to notice the game, and they updated their site with the picture.

Either way this is a very cool look, and it definitely looks a lot better than the non-sense of BATMAN & ROBIN. I can't wait to see how his mannerisms are in the movie. Bane has always been considered one of Batman's more intelligent opponents, and I hope they get this across. Keep on visiting the official movie site in the coming weeks as these viral games will continue for a long time.
