HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2 Trailer Hits!

So, thanks to JoBlo, we have the trailer for HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2! I know Jonesy has been waiting for this, and now this trailer has me even more hyped up for this movie. Check out the trailer after the break.





You could not get more epic in this trailer even if you added some Hobbits. This feels the most proper way to end this franchise. Fact is, I might be just as excited for this movie as I am for TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON.  And that's saying a lot. Here's Jonesy with her thoughts....


Jonesy:  Just for a little background, I'm known among various groups of people that know me as the Harry Potter girl.  I reread the series once a year, and they've been a staple in my life since I was in high school.  I've been to all the midnight showings of the movies and parties for the book releases.  When the final book was released, I didn't sleep and was finished by 9am.  However, when I closed the final pages of this world, I felt like I was saying good-bye to a best friend and actually got a wee-bit emotional (nerdy I know).  But I knew I still had the rest of the movies to look forward to.  Now, with the release of this teaser, it really feels that the series is coming to an end.  I really enjoyed PART 1 because it was so faithful to the book, which I know many critics sited as a flaw of the movie.  With the trailer showing little glimpses of 'The Prince's Tale' at the beginning and, from what early reports say, The Battle of Hogwarts, which is predominately featured in the trailer, makes up a solid action-packed hour of the movie shows what care Yates is taking the with material.  PART 2 is shaping up to be the ultimate love letter to the somewhat crazy but ever so loyal Harry Potter fans.  So, when our reviews of PART 2 come out, be fair warned that there's no possible way for me to be completely biased since obviously I whole-heartily adore this series.  I cannot even put down in words the excitement and anticipation I'm feeling for the finale, which will probably be THE blockbuster of the summer. 


HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2 comes out July 15, 2011.  It is directed by David Yates.  It stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter, Michael Gambon, and Alan Rickman.
